The Mental Health and Wellness Resource Finder provides a number of mental health, wellness and addictions supports and resources for you and those you care about. Resources for youth and adolescents are highlighted in green.

  • Crisis Resource Centre
    • The Mental Health Crisis Response Centre in Winnipeg is a central point of access for adults experiencing a mental health crisis, accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week within an atmosphere that promotes healing and recovery. For more information call204-940-1781.

  • Mobile Crisis Service
    • The Mobile Crisis Service assists individuals experiencing a mental health or psychosocial crisis, including persons with a co-occurring mental health / substance use disorder

    • The service provides access to child and adolescent mental health resources
    • This service is for children and adolescents between the ages of 3 years up to 18 years who are experiencing emotional or behavioural concerns as well as symptoms of mental illness

    • During the COVID-19 pandemic Sara Riel is accepting new clients. Anyone facing a mental health or substance use challenge can access services at this time.

  • Rainbow Resource Centre Counselling for Youth

  • Youth Mental Health Promotion at Canadian Mental Health Association (CHMA)– Manitoba and Winnipeg
    • In and around Winnipeg, the team can deliver workshops and presentations to school staff, high school or post-secondary students and youth groups
    • The team is dedicated to promoting positive mental health, breaking down stigma associated with mental health problems and illness and promoting early help-seeking and recovery
